I never thought I'd get around to finding the time to the write about this Smiths. If I did I thought I would give it five stars! However I was really turned off by an event this week. I really enjoy the employees, checkouts really quick even during the busiest times night times and the organic options are growing almost weekly. However, this week, while was really trying to hustle, I had two above average encounters with employees. Generally most people only take the time to stop in order to complain so I really try to make it a point, that if someone goes above and beyond, I find someone in management to mention it to. The first time I found the manager he accepted my complement but seemed rushed so when I ran into him again and thought to mention the second great encounter I was hesitant to do so. My hesitancy was confirmed for sure because he couldn't have seemed more put out. Seems odd to me that a manager would be so put out to hear of the good when he probably only hears complainants all the time.
