Came in the morning of the MLK Holiday. We checked in and sat outside waiting for our table only to have the server come out, call our name, and then tell us, "oh....there are a lot of groups ahead of you." LOL. Then after being seated they said that they "ran out of kids menus" and "out of that drink." We had to get up out of our seats to get our own menus. Seriously? We have yet to get our food, but the experience so far is making our group question if we'll ever come back. As of now, my answer is no.
