So frustrated! Just bought a new phone, the guy wouldn't even spend the time to make sure it got set up right, just to me to go home and everything will transfer over. Well it didn't! Lost 2 years worth of pictures and all data on my apps! Did they care. No! They just want your money and to get you out. Nothing to help nothing to explain. they give you a blank look like ha you fell for our scheme.
