If I could give zero stars I would, I would even give a negative amoubt. I have been going to Jessica and the girls since they opened. Today I went in and experienced the new owner and he is a complete asshole. Not only does he not know how to do nails, He is a jerk and careless. I asked him many times if he could clean up the edges and my cuticles before putting my hand in the light to dry the gel because once the gel is dry, you cannot clean it and he said no that's not how we do things. he also said that I don't need to wash my hands before he throws paint on my nails after he has been drilling and filing my nails. That's weird because there is dust particles all in my nails and I have paint on my skin. Not only that, he cut me and made me bleed like two times. ANDDDDDD when I asked him to get the acrylic of my skin, he told me "to go wash dishes or something." Ummm excuse me?! Wtf!!? Fuxk no and fuck him! Needless to say, my nails look like a two-year-old did them. I walked out pissed off and I called the Better Business Bureau because of how he treated and talked to me. DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! THE NEW OWNER SUCKS AND IS A FUCKING TALENTLESS, CARELESS, CLASSLESS ASSHOLE
