This is not finish! ignored people is not an option! rude customer services! I bought a pant on 15th Nov 2013, when I back home I found there's big hole inside of pocket. the lining of pocket wan't finish properly. I return to shop 19th Nov 2013, request an exchange. I provide proper receipt, manager came and look at the pant and disbelieve what I said. She even criticized that I modified it and had ironed it trying to cover up. quote her words "I had seen a lot people modify pant and failed" she pointed pant mid line "here looks like you had ironed pant to cover up" During the conversation, I didn't feel any customer services. the pant is brand new of course the mid line is observed. I'm more than happy to provide any information to assistance you resolve the issue. However their manager was so rude and not helpful at all. The manage of that shop isn't in a professional manner. She disrespect me when I asked for her name. She refused to provide any more information to help me at that time. only I got is her first name, Nasriue. which she wrote down and really rude tossed on the floor.
