Not a patient, my wife was, her optometrist recommended coming here:
First visit we got to the office at 9:30am, 15 minutes early for what became an afternoon cataract surgery?! The doctor wanted to have a look at her eye at 5:15 but it was actually a bit later than that...
Back again! It's next week and time for the left eye...
Patient experience much improved this time around. In about 2:00 out at 4:00 for roughly the same procedure. Not sure why the discrepancy, maybe left eyes are easier? Regardless, today was a much better day. Besides the getting in and out in short order there was coffee in the waiting room but the newspapers had been absconded.
Back one last time so the doc can check his work: Scheduled for 4:30 seen shortly thereafter and out fifteen minutes later. If this were Tejas in 1880 there'd be a guy on a horse and some dynamite involved... (these outfits are set up like an old fashioned train robbery except I'm the train)
