I have tried to come for dinner one evening with my family and we didn't have the patience to wait to get seated (there were about 7 other parties ahead of us), so we went somewhere else. Today, my husband and I happened to be in the immediate area and we really wanted soup. We took our chances and decided to go back to Ramen Sora.
I'm sure glad we did! We both ordered the Deluxe Sora miso ramen. This has everything in it: pork, seaweed, bamboo shoots, and an egg. All I can say is wow. The miso pork broth is absolutely delicious! I can see why this place is so crowded. Then again this is a very small establishment and only has but maybe 10 tables.
I would highly recommend this place. Just get there early when they first open, not unless you don't mind the wait. Not a great place to come with a big party of people.
