Says you qualify and charge you your copay. They setup an appointment and call your insurance. Then they tell you your insurance only covers in home although they told you it would be in the office. Then they want to charge you 30$ to train you on the machine for 10 min. And you have to sign a form saying that if you break the machine you had 10min training on you pay them 1600$ out of pocket. Save your money and just get some breath right strips.
