I loved how we were greeted right away. Sheila was right there with a loving smile and I told her what I was looking for and she walked me right to it. The price was phenomenal for such a lovely ring.
We went to Zales no one even spoke to us. So we walked over to kay's but they only had one ring which I didn't like for the price. So we decided to give Zales another shot and once again no one greeted us or even take noticed we were there to make a purchase. So my husband says let's go to Fred's .. Boom! Happy customer!
