This location is the most disorganized institution I have ever attended. The instructor Craig was about the only blessing this place can offer, he was beyond great! Aside from that there was no help with the online submissions, we were promised someone would be available the final day to make sure we had everything in order, that didn't happen. Nor was I contacted to let me know something didn't upload correctly, I'm pretty sure if I didn't call and ask where my cert was I would've been waiting forever. I was there for a refresher course and had to wait behind new EMTs to test, that's ridiculous get the refreshers out at soon as possible, it would've went faster as we know what we are doing. Tony, one of the proctors told me I couldn't write on a piece of paper. NREMT testing standards say I can information dump but he called me a cheater. I am highly concerned about the EMTs that are coming out of this program, as even they were saying how awful it is. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will pay a high rate in the future for a place that is actually teaching/supportive of their students.
