I arrived at 6:50pm and checked in with the person at the front, told him I was looking to purchase a particular phone. I waited for an hour and was never approached by even a single employee. I checked in with the greeter and was told that I was probably next in line, but still no one came over to assist me with the purchase. Ended up leaving without purchasing a phone. I mentioned the wait time on my way out and was not met with an apology, instead I was told that I should just keep waiting since they were all busy. At this point I'm just going to order the phone online from the manufacturer.
