My 12:30 p.m. appointment took over two and a half hours long. My doctor told me to have them call for an order and of course simonmed said they can't do that they can only speak to the physician's assistant. The physician's assistant was not my doctors physician's assistant and simonmed kept saying my doctor will not answer his office phone at that point. I went and picked up my own order and iit was fine and they told me simonmed knows the protocol and this situation could have easily been handled. I was also told by simonmed that my doctor only does knee replacements..... I was there for a hip replacement and told them they have no clue who they are talking about. I will find another Imaging Center as this was an awful experience.
