Pretty upset.
Signed up 2 weeks ago asked for us to come in for a welcome workout. The first time i had to reschedule due to child care. 2) they didnt have us in the system for that day. So the MANAGER rescheduled us. The 3rd) time they texted us to switch it to a different day. How is that good customer service? Havent even worked out yet & im about ready to switch somewhere else. Need i remind they already charged us a payment when THEY keep changing dates on us. Ridiculous.
