I was here for the Madison Spring market and pub crawl a few weekends back. After a super smooth drink at Old Sugar my friend and I walked here.
Ok I did not know what mead was until I stepped into this place. I did a quick google search so I could at least order a drink but in the end the super friendly bartender explained what mead was and suggested what kinds to order.
We got a sampler (4 3oz pours). First thing we noticed - how pretty the meads looked. It looked like fall colors. Most of the ones we tried were good but next time I will order something a little bolder most of them were pretty light.
