Been here several times and it is my last. the guy that owns the place is crabby. Hardly says a word and yanks at your hand if you're too tense. He points and grunts and treats you as if you are an imposition. A little rough with the clippers. The straw for me was being charged $5 to remove the gel from my nails, even though I had it reapplied. I thought getting a mani /pedi was supposed to be a luxury, not doing me a favor. When will the service industry get that? Do they not realize we have hundreds of choices and will be drawn to those places we feel valued as a customer and treated with kindness? I deal with negative people all day.
If I'm coming to your "spa" and spend $100, at least smile and by all means, send me off with a thank you. Will never go back here.
