Rentals from Pam is a no-go. Because they are closed on Monday(Labor Day) she would not rent a 3 day rental. Saturday Sunday Monday(they are closed Monday)is all I wanted. Told her I would have bike back first thing Tuesday. She said that would be 4 days. Told I have to work Tuesday, could not ride bike. She did not care at all. I didn't go there to argue with anybody. WTF! Went to to Harley Davidson Scottsdale (480) 905-1903 where the rental went perfect. Dan at Scottsdale rented me a brand new 2017 street glide "107". 3 days return Tuesday morning. Saved over $150. Scottsdale Harley has an awesome display floor many bikes on display. Customer service is outstanding. It's a 40 minute drive for me but it's worth it. Hope things get better in Mesa!
