Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Salesmen made promises they couldn't keep, contracts were altered after they had been signed. Left eight messages for the corporate office to resolve issues, which not a single call was returned. In the end it was very clear that this was not a company worth giving a half a million dollars in business. We then decided to pull out of the deal. Salesmen A.G., then threatened to take us to court to force us to go into closing. After having a lawyer review the contract, he said they had no grounds, they had not held up their end of the contract and advised that we forfeit our earnest money and walk away. It was a hard $5000, lesson to learn, we should have asked around more about Fulton as we are not from the area. Everyone we have spoken to, has had similar experiences or knows someone who has. Avoid this builder at all cost!!!!!
