STALKERS! They don't even deserve the one star but I can't post without it. They deserve negative stars.
The epitome of a bad car dealer. Don't engage with them in any way or you'll spends weeks trying to get them to stop calling and emailing you. Like dog poop on your shoe. Just. Can't. Get. It. Off.
I filled out their online form to ask for a price on a used car. I was very specific that I wanted an email response and no calls please. Whoa! Salesman Mel called and emailed saying that car wasn't reallly at his dealership but he had others for me. Wrong make, model and thousands of dollars more. He even found my husbands phone number and continues to call him, too! I emailed the manager telling them to stop the contact and that the salesman was crazy. Nope. Still hasn't stopped the harassment.
Now Mark the manager is calling!! He's calling my husband's mobile number and leaving messages for me. Idiot. So, Mark and Mel, this is what you get. Everyone, stay away from this business! Carmax is great!
