I gave this place a poor rating a few years back, well I thought I'd give them another chance since my regular dry cleaner is under new (worse) management... My mistake. Parking is impossible here for starters. Similar issue as before with the girls up front/ answering phones being totally clueless both about the business as well as about customer service. I went to pick up my item the day after it was supposed to be ready, but it wasn't even done yet! When I finally got to claim my item the following week they tried to charge me almost twice what I was quoted at drop off. Absolutely ridiculous that this place is even still in business.
Just saw the business' response. That should tell you enough about this place. When you give a quote over the phone of $45 for a feather bed, don't have it ready by the date on the pickup, and ultimately charge $76!!! I could have just bought a new feather bed!
Shame on this business.
