I've been using Kimberly's Kleaning Service since July of 2014. Thanks to Kimberly's, I'm always getting compliments from visitors on how clean my home is (about 3000 square feet, 4 beds 3 baths). The service runs me $120/cleaning and takes about 2-2.5 hours with two girls. A few notes to get the best bang for your buck:
1) Don't be afraid to point out any issues or problem areas you have. The girls always check with me at the beginning and end of every cleaning to make sure I'm satisfied. I had a roommate move out a few months in, and I had them deep clean his room (he had dogs living with me). Months of dog hair caked into the baseboards and wood floors, were scrubbed away and restored like new. The owner, Kimberly, is also very responsive if you have any specific concerns that you'd like her to address. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating which is a big deal for me.
2) If you have a firm time window, be sure to let Kimberly know. I'm flexible with my time (I work from home) so I'm fine with them coming within a 3 hour window. I also trust the girls to lock up my home if I need to step out.
3) They'll change your bedsheets for you! Just leave a clean set of sheets out and they'll take care of the rest. This is a nice perk.
4) I want to specifically commend Lydia and Elvira. I'm always comfortable having them clean my home as they know it inside and out. Lydia in particular has been cleaning my home since the beginning and knows which areas of my home tend to need extra TLC.
5) Enjoy your clean home! A few times I've had to step out before they were finished, and when I return there's nothing like stepping into a house that is freshly cleaned!
