Gosh, what a bad experiance.
The location of the hotel fine but the staff were so rude! This was from front desk, restaurant (breakfast time) and even the operator when you dial 0.
Not sure why the staff were so rude, maybe no pay rise this year? but they shouldn't take it out on the guests.
After my stay i made a complaint to Marriott, the hotel manager contacted me few days later and apologised for the service and rewarded me with 2500 marriott points. Overall i love Marriott hotels but this hotel was shocking.
