it's unfortunate that this place is so horrible. everything else in liberty is great, it truly taints the location. i went here a few weeks ago with a friend of mine to get a manicure, nothing fancy and the lady couldn't even do a simple service properly. she was condescending in her choice of questions (how do you answer personal questions comfortably with a total stranger?), was rude, unprofessional and rolled her eyes every-time my friend and i talked about anything. the place was somewhat messy and looked like not much effort was put into up-keeping its image.
i don't know if this was a bad day or what, but i had the same problem that others had with the rude reception when it came time to pay. the receptionist was on the phone speaking loudly and made us wait 10 minutes for her to finish the conversation to process our payment. i don't know if any of the employees here have heard about customer service, they are after-all in a customer oriented business. i was highly disappointed and will never return here. i think the 1 star i'm giving this place is much too generous.
