First off, let me just say I downloaded the yelp app just so I can write a review for this place. Their products are overpriced and do not work. Make sure to check the pins on your game before you buy! I bought a game last week, took it home to try it, and it didn't work. I should've known there was going to be an issue since the individual did not warn me about the return policy until after he swiped my card. He said it so as a mater of factly that it was like games were constantly being returned. He acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and tried to prove me wrong even though when he tried the game it did not work either. This is the second issue I've had with the store. The first was when they tried ordering me a game, kept on making me come back, told me they finally had it and then magically sold it before I got there. The moral of the story is don't buy from them. Go to retro reboot instead in Pineville. Customer service is a lot better and I have never had an issue with their games.
