This place is a train wreck! So I went with my friend a few times to check out the place and they said it was cheaper to sign a three year then to sign a 1 year so I signed. When signing up I was told they would cancel my account if given a medical reason. I after attending ONCE WITH MY CONTRACT TWICE WITH A FRIEND. I had to stop because for some reason I was cramping really bad so,I went to the doctors and found out I had TWO OVARIAN CYSTS. After calling numerous times and having gone in once to cancel They refused to keep my documentation proving I have the ovarian cysts. I filed a complaint with the BBB Because of all the harassment (non stop phone calls and attempts to get me to pay when I can't attend!) They sent me to collections after THEY LIED AND said I can cancel or put a freeze on my account.This is how unethical this business is calling me a liar and fake! How unprofessional is her response???? This shows proof on how I have been treated.

In response to this member's second dispute I find it laughable. Her first complaint stated that she and her husband called to cancel. Now after reading my response, she all of the sudden has gone in to the gym, which is one of the required options to cancel. She has not ever gone into the gym to cancel, this is a blatant lie. Can she please get her fake story straight. As seen in the attachment she signed a THREE year membership. If she has valid medical proof that she is permanently disabled then by law we would have to cancel her membership. She would once again have to bring that medical document showing permanent disablement to the gym. We would at that time call her physician to verify that she is permanently disabled and can no longer even walk on a treadmill, ride a stationary bike, or lift 5 a pound weight.
This ladies response is ridiculous and she should be ashamed of herself for treating a consumer this way
