tell them to bring their own towels and that you expect them to clean up before your appointment. I didn't, and had to clean up after them: floor mar, oil fingerprints on paint and machine, machine now works but always bangs against front door. the scheduler (male) is sure not in a hurry when you call for an appointment, and really doesn't listen when describing billing.
