I had them come in and do a whole house rug cleaning. They were fast, thorough and professional. Carpets look much better, although they didn't get out as much of the pet smell as I had hoped (a misbehaving cat left behind more than bad memories).
The cost was ok. There were two guys, and one had been with the company 14 years, the other 8. They seemed to know what they were doing and worked efficiently. No walls banged into, no furniture knocked around. I was a bit disappointed that they charge by the square foot instead of by the hour because my house is fairly spartan. I think they lucked out with me. Seems odd that they charge the same for someone like me as they do someone with 800 pieces of furniture stuck into every nook and cranny.
I'd probaly use them again, but given how simple a cleaning job my place is, I might go cheaper just because I don't need 22 years of experience.
