This review is long over due. Over a month ago I desperately needed a haircut and my regular barber was out of town. I am not one to trust a new person to cut my hair, but two factors convinced me to try a change. One, a good friend who lives in the East Valley raved about Renee at Studio 480 and , two, I was looking to do something a little different than getting the same cut I have been requesting for almost twenty years!
Not only did I enjoy the time spent chatting with Renee ( she is super cute and has a great personality:), but I received a great, way more modern, haircut. Renee absolutely understood what I was looking for and gave me my first real haircut that can be "styled".
I ended up going back again two weeks later ( a 40 minute drive) because I wanted to make sure I got the same cut. It was well worth the drive and while I have been back to my normal barber, I would go back to Renee in a heartbeat! My barber now just copies the cut that she set up and while he does a good job, I am looking forward to him going out of town so I have an excuse to make the trek out to Mesa to get my haircut!
