This USED to be an ACE Hardware; however, they lost their franchise or something and frankly, it is very obvious as to why they did. I moved to the area 10 years ago and this place was great....BUT more it is an awful experience every time I wonder in. All the good employees that used to work there are gone and now there's just some elderly gentlemen that work there that act like you are an inconvenience to them if you walk into the store. They have young kids working the cash register with no customer service experience. Most recently I went in for a piece of glass to be cut and the gentleman cut it 100% crooked and it did not fit and acted like it was my fault even though you could tell that it was not cut straight. I will no longer go here at all and I will just spend the extra 5 minutes in the car and drive to the real Ace Hardware on Bell Road. If I could give them 0 Stars I would.
