Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my ticket. It's going on 2 hours that I've been on hold, disconnected, on hold and told again to wait for someone higher than a supervisor because apparently supervisors are not authorized to make changes on flights. So here I am as I write this review, still on hold. God I wish I had purchased my tickets from another competitor. At this point, I would pay the extra had I dealt directly with the airline. Yelp should really consider having a LESS than one star review because Expedia doesn't deserve this one star. I'm so frustrated right now I can feel my blood pressure rising. I'll be dealing with the airline directly for my future flights. I can't deal with this unprofessional nonsense! Thanks for nothing Expedia. You suck!
