I hope corporate reads this bought a lemon here on July 30, A brand new Dell laptop. I had brought it to this geek squad location for the second time in a month and a half. The first geek squad I took it to was near unlv. This location is closer to home for me though. This review is for Jose(I think, good looking guy in navy blue shirt at geek squads counter, Hispanic) He took me to a bay (I was a walk-in) I almost started crying because the Dell lemon I bought has cost me 1 week of accounting two notes and formatted Excel sheets we made in class. He took the laptop and I got a new one. I paid $200 more but it was worth it. He walked me around, showed me my options, he was polite and so so so nice! I've never left a Best buy that happy. On the way out I stopped by the security and asked for a store manager and told him how great José was. He was helpful, nice and understood that losing valuable information during a summer semester is crippling for a student. He had excellent customer service skills and I spent $200 more dollars for a nicer laptop, I will be sticking with Asus from now. Thank you Jose for helping me deal with this and for your excellent customer service. I hope your corporate team reads this.
