Let me preface with saying that I am a meat lover and have loved multiple years in Latin America. I have been here multiple times and have brought multiple friends here and we are never disappointed. I would recommend going for lunch for two reasons. One it is cheaper and two it gives you time to digest before going to sleep and falling into a food coma. The waiters come around with large skewers of meat and you choose which cuts of meat you want. One of my favorites is the picaña. They also have this amazing cheesy bread. There is a salad bar but to be honest I don't even waste my time with that.
