I gave this place 3 stars based on a few things: parking/location, quality of service, and taste of the food. This place is a bit difficult to get to, because it's in an area of DTLV that requires paid parking and walking. That's a bummer, especially for my visit, because I wanted a quick and cheap burger and it added to both the timeliness and cost of my stop. The staff was very nice when I went, however I was the only customer in the restaurant and they got my order wrong. I only realized this when I was on the road. I had excitedly requested grilled onions and jalapeños on my burger, only to realize that neither were on it when I dug in. This was a huge disappointment! But all-in-all the burger that I ate was very tasty, so I still give the place three stars.
