I booked Aardvark because of the great reviews here on Yelp, and because I've had personal items disappear or break after using budget movers. I'm pleased to report that Edward and his crew did a great job and nothing was broken or stolen.
The only criticism I have is that they had to make two trips. I don't know how they determine which truck to use. I also don't know how much of a difference it would have made in terms of moving time, so I didn't ding them in the ratings.
They had to move some items through a narrow outdoor space between a building and set of stairs, which took extra time. I was also extra stressed because of my circumstances, and I was frankly just happy that they showed up and moved it all for me, so I'm happy with the way it worked out. Thank you Aardvark!
