I'm not sure who their previous warranty plan coverage was through - perhaps Asurion. - that worked great I had two headsets that broke, I went in and got them replaced at no charge and subsequently bought the two-year protection plan again. Just like any lazy big box vendor, they have switched the protection plan to a company called Square Trade. You have to file a claim online, speak to a representative over the phone, scan and email a receipt, wait for a preprinted label to send in your broken equipment. All for a $30 headset that with daily wear and in my occupation breaks frequently Typical example of a lazy vendor not caring about their customers and going the route of what is easy for them Office Max - 0 stars
