I enjoy Nova Era's food and coffee, however the service is not so good.
The staff seem over-worked and underpaid... They are always rushed and seem stressed out. In addition, the server Always tries to overcharge us - so you have to be really careful as to what they are charging you for. Specifically, they may try to add coffee drinks to your bill, when you only had 2, they will try to charge you for 3. This usually happens when upper-management is working, but not as much when the regular joes are working. It has happened so much that i've stopped going in, even though their food and bread is SO GOOD!
Fresh Warm Bread at 3$ a loaf is pretty great, and if the staff didn't chronically overcharge us, I'd be a regular customer.
