We've used them several times now. The first was to install 2 new toilets. One turned out to be a major job as it didn't have a flange under it and some of the cement floor had to be jackhammered out to put one in. We were shown what the problem was before they did the work so we know it was a real problem. A few months ago we had them replace the faucets and water lines in two bathrooms and the kitchen sink and install a new sink/vanity in the one bathroom. Again the plumbers were thoughtful and worked continually to get the work done. No talking on their phones or loitering around. Very polite, knowledgeable and hard working. Not long after that the gas company found we had a gas leak in the line to our BBQ. The plumbers put in a new line with a better setup on the BBQ and took care of our problem quickly. I have no idea how their prices compare as we haven't gotten bids any of the times. We trust their work and that's what's most important to us.
