I worked with Scott on a used BMW 530xi. Before driving 4 hours in a rental car to potentially buy the vehicle, Scott assured me the car drove great and was mechanically sound minus a liftgate issue. During my test drive of the 530xi, I noticed the car jerked when shifting to 1st/2nd at every stop. I was concerned so I took the car to a loca mechanic. They had two separate mechanics drive the car and confirmed the transmission was bad. When I took the car back to the dealership, Scott played the usual, "I didn't notice and neither did my mechanics". Needless to say, I disappointedly left the car and drove 4 hours back home. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
