This Jiffy Lube is the worst! I called one day before coming to make sure I could get inspection and emissions. I even called one hour before arriving, and they said they would be prepared for us. First, when we arrived they told us they the guy who gives the test was not there anymore. Even though we just called one hour before. Then after I spoke to an disrespectful employee he went back in. He came back out and said ok we'll do it. After 2 min, they said the machine that they use wasn't working. I felt as though all they wanted was not to help us. Trying to keep my cool, I simply asked where another jiffy lube was located. They said they didn't know. If the rest of their customer service wasn't already horrible. This was just over the top. I'm sure they have other cites numbers in the office, and if they don't they should! I have been to a lot of jiffy lube's, and I understand that places can get busy. But this customer service is unacceptable! I would not recommend anyone to this site.
