This has been an awesome dealership to work with. I went in just wanting to look at a Mazda I saw on Cars.com and maybe get a price for monthly payments. After talking with the sales gentleman Rodrigo, I ended up trading in my car and leaving with the Mazda that day.
I let them know that it shifted a bit weird when I test drove it, and they told me to take it to my mechanic and let them know what they said.
Sadly, it needed a new transmission, BUT when I went back and told they staff, they were SO helpful. They took the car back and ordered a new transmission and will be installing it. They assured me that if I wanted I could get my money back or have them fix the car but regardless I would not be stuck with it due to the mechanical issue.
They have been amazing to work with and honest good people. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there for a new car!!
