I went to this place because my insurance recommends me too... Never again... The first visit I sat from 10:00 am filled out all new patient paperwork in 15 mins. When I finally looked up it was 11:45 am and I still wasn't called back, The front desk lady states I was trying to figure out what charges for your benefits! I said from 10 to 11:45 to myself then she states it might be another 20 to 30 mins. I couldn't wait I reschedule for next week. I got a call yesterday saying my insurance isn't a insurance and that I wasn't assigned to their office or Doctor. I wanted to say last week Tuesday you told me something different so you lied. So in my mind, I said I not confident in this clinic cause they employed a not so bright person working the front desk. So I called back and left a voicemail I will cancel my appointment for today. The nutty front desk calls an say aren't you coming in for your appt? She say's no they didn't check the voicemail this morning. this is after 10:00 she stated when I check it an make sure you cancel in time, you won't be charged. I said why are you so backwards in your job? She got quiet and then finally hung up... When I worked for 5 years doing her same job and back office the first thing was to check the voicemail for any cancellations. I will never use DC dental and will let my insurance know you guys for the birds. Get a new front desk person who knows what they are doing.....
