Great group fitness facility! I thought it might be intimidating to have my heart rate and progress up on a screen during the workout but it's not and it helps you track how you are doing. The staff/trainers are all nice and very helpful as you are going through the workout to be sure you are doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury. The workouts are fun, different each day and most importantly you see results.
