Does good work but is overpriced. Wanted payment in advance and made it clear that cash is preferred. I brought my shoes in on a Tuesday and he told me I could pick them up the next Tuesday. I was disappointed that it would take a full week but I said OK. When I went to pick up my shoes the following Tuesday around noon, they weren't ready and he said to have a seat and they would be ready in 30 minutes. I told him he had promised them for Tuesday and he said pick ups are always after 3 o'clock. Well, he never mentioned that to me when I initially dropped off the shoes. Plus, he obviously had the shoes sitting around for an entire week and then did the repair at the last possible minute. Overall, I did not feel like I had a professional experience at this establishment.
