Bought a used car from them, I had no problems with the car or the rep....everything was good, UNTIL...a small condition/freebie that was asked for and, agreed to be given, by the rep, never was received! I have asked now 3 times, been given the usual bogus b/s answer.."wow, surprised you don't have them, or they are coming from Vancouver, etc etc...." I'll call you back....all the usual bollocks one gets from shitty companies - not what one would expect from a Honda dealership.
Truthfully, had I known this crap was gonna happen, I'd have bought from a diff dealership, it's only about $100 - but it's the principle.
They won't be getting any new biz from this family.
