I was looking for some gator meat last week, and Jim's was the only place that had it.
I originally went just for the meat, but after spending ten minutes there, I've been back twice since for all my meat supplies.
One of the guys behind the counter talked about the great meats they had, but also gave me some good ideas on how to deal with the gator tail for best cooking. I ended up frying it, but next time, I'm definitely giving it a try.
They also have some great prices and a huge variety, combined with great service. Without a doubt, I'll be here weekly for all my protein needs.
