Unfortunately not the best experience! I entered the store at 6:05pm on Tuesday 7/19 and immediately felt like I was an inconvenience. I got just a very small amount of frozen yogurt because this was just a run in and run out visit because I had some place to be and I was charged 3.97 for my yogurt which seemed reasonable. Although the extra .49cent charge on my receipt doesn't make any sense? And the extra .75cent charge after that one doesn't make any sense either? But to take the icing on the cake the person working had a friend there to entertain. And threw a rag at the young lady to wash tables. It's just a very confusing atmosphere and didn't make me feel great. I wasn't told that anything cost extra. Unfortunately I've been to this location numerous times with my family of 5 and I won't be returning due to this experience and lack of understanding. Just disappointed about the entire experience and wish I hadn't stepped in the store.
