This property is ridiculous. Rather than let you know that you need to update your insurance, they just start charging you for theirs, then send you a money owed letter. Add that to the fact that the leasing manager here is extremely rude when informing you of the reason for the extra charge and I will not be renewing my lease through any Olen Property. At least the woman in the front office area was polite..
This is on top of every other issue I've had with this company over the last year. Whatever policies they've changed, they should really consider changing back, because they are going to lose a lot of business at this rate.
