The hotel is lovely. It's the customer service that's disappointing. We decided to take the shuttle back from the Fashion Show Mall called to make sure we were at the right spot at the right time 15 minutes before the pick up time. I was assured that yes I was in the right place the driver was just running late.waited another 15 min still no pick up. Called back and was told they left already. They were never there! They told me oh well nothing we can do to help you. So frustrating. It seems like that's the attitude of the people who work at this hotel,oh well....
