I had a reservation for 6PM; the restaurant opens at 530PM. When my partner and I arrived, we were the only ones there. The seating arrangement is lounge-like and is along the perimeter of the room so that the center becomes the "stage" for the performances. I could clearly tell that the restaurant entertains group dinners, but the corners have seating for couples if need be.
Foodwise? I never tried Moraccan food, so as an entry eater, I thought the food was great. Authentic? Not sure since it's my first time, but since I enjoyed it, I would definitely consider finding a local restaurant which serves authentic Moraccan recipes.
I probably over did it with the bread because I ate it with everything...enough where I couldn't really finish my last two courses. But the bread was so yummy. It's soft in the middle but holds up liquids/sauces well.
Food for thought: It was my anniversary dinner. My guy said, "Fogo?" I said, "For the same price, let's try something different." It definitely was different. It was worth going the road less traveled.
