I've gone to them for about 2 years and overall they have been very nice and the care was good. You have to make appointments 6 months out and that is difficult for me as I travel for a living and don't have a regular schedule. They refuse to accommodate me and I don't know how most people know what they are doing 6 months from now. When I told them how this did not work with my schedule they basically told me to go somewhere else then. This does not make you feel appreciated or feel that they really care about customers. I found another dentist nearby and the care was also good and they seem to be able to get me in for an appointment or put me on a wait list that allows me to be seen.
The "care less about you" attitude was just a red flag for me and I'm glad I moved on.
