I had a windshield that was hit 2x by debris on my vacation, and this was a rental. I was freaked out by the stories of having to completely replace the entire windshield at some rental companies, and added fees, for small cracks. So I pulled up to Gecko Glass in Chandler, and I was greeted right away by the owner. The owner was polite & friendly, and went outside to inspect the damage. The owner took a picture and said we can get someone to your home to replace it in 2 hrs ( it took 3 hrs but that was fine) and she even called Progressive to see if they would cover the cost. I had to get the rental in soon to avoid another day of charges. I was impressed with how friendly the owner was. Once the repairman came to my home,he said one of the cracks was not fill-able and so he fixed the first one and did not charge me at all for the service call. He was very nice & apologetic that the 2nd crack couldn't be fixed. The owner called me a few hours later to follow up. The windshield looked much better and I wasn't charged for any damages upon returning it. I was really happy with the customer service and personal touch that Gecko Glass gave me!
